We currently ship all over the U.S., Canada and other U.S. territories. Global shipping is available -additional charges can incur. Orders are processed for shipping within 48-72 hours after purchase (Monday-Friday) and sent via USPS priority mail. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. *In the case of inclement weather or shipping delays on behalf of the postal company, delivery delays can occur. Please be patient and check your tracking information periodically. If delays exceed 25-30 days, an insurance claim will be filed, and once approved, a refund will be issued.*

Has your expected delivery date exceeded its ETA? Please check your tracking information provided through USPS website -simply enter your tracking number for all tracking updates/delays. Check with your neighbors or concierge of your apartment/condo/loft. If no luck, contact USPS (carrier), and file a claim*. Once claim is filed, contact Us.
Claims can take/exceed 30 days to resolve. For Us is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once shipped and insured through USPS; but we are willing to assist in resolving the claim, if applicable. 

Due to the nature of our products and how they're prepared, we are unable to grant refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. 

If your products arrive to you damaged, ineffective (soap pumps, broken jade roller, etc.) or missing an item or items, please contact Us within 48-hours of receiving your order.*

*Please send 2-3 clear photos of said damage to item(s) to helloforus@forusholisticalternatives.com. Be sure to include your name and date of purchase. Any correspondence sent outside of the 48-hour timeframe will be null and void. ANY PRODUCT(S) THAT ARE RETURNED TO US SHOULD ARRIVE AS SHOWN IN PHOTO(S) SENT BY CUSTOMER. ANY RETURNED ITEM(S) NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF COMPLAINT & SOLUTION, WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO A REFUND.
